Ready Set Workout uses the intense pace of interval training while building strength and flexibility. With the help of medicine balls, TRX suspension straps and kettle bells, workouts are always challenging and fun. Workouts take place in San Francisco’s gorgeous parks where every workout will be tailored to fit your individual fitness goals. This unique method of training produces results.

After having a successful track career as a premier 100 meter hurdler training for the 2000 and 2004 Olympics. She decided to take her love for fitness and knowledge of truly knowing how to train and start Ready Set Workout. After getting certified by the American Counil of Exercise and having two kids, Felicia knows exactly what it takes to reach your goals.

Individual Training $75 Couples Training $85
All sessions are 45 minutes long.
